Why single sex schools?

It is the aim of every parent to have his child in a caring environment – where he can explore his capabilities to the fullest.  We also have the right to make a choice which suits our child best and it is important that we make informed decisions on what the right school and education for my child is for 2015 and beyond.

Gavin Keller
Brain Function Expert

Gavin Keller inspired the staff over 2 sessions. He reminded us why we chose to teach boys and that boys are really different to girls. Their brains are physiologically different to girls. This is not just a rumour, but a fact! Boys function on a very physical level and are in need of constant praise and reward. Boys show very little importance to details and would rather get the job done, than spend extra time decorating and making it “look pretty”. Boys are actually the weaker sex and their egos are very easily bruised. They are not nearly as resilient as their girl counterparts. A boy is a very emotional being that has been forced by society to act as the big macho.
