Paarl Boys’ Primary is a
boys' school
not because single sex education is our mission, but rather, because
single sex education helps us accomplish
our mission.
We want to provide an environment
where boys are encouraged to push themselves and explore their talents
in all phases of life at school free
from the pressures and distractions
that are unavoidable in the context
of a coed school.

Our website aims to be informative and up to date and
is created to give the reader access to relevant information as quick as
possible.

SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMME
The Klein
Boishaai Trust was established in 2001 for the benefit of Paarl Boys'
Primary School.
In the
last three years a sponsorship programme was put in place to make
provision for bursaries for previously disadvantaged children,
specifically where we could contribute to the development of their sport
in ensuring good coaching and good placement in high schools.
More
information on this will follow.
Why single sex schools?
It is the aim of every parent to have his
child in a caring environment – where he can explore his capabilities to the
fullest. We also have the right to make a choice which suits our child
best and it is important the we make informed decisions on
what the right school and education for my child is for 2015 and beyond.
Single sex education has been debated over
the years and a lot of research has been
done on this issue – included is some hyperlinks to relevant statistics and
research on this topic – you may find reasons why it may be important for
you to choose a BOYS ONLY school for your son.

Dear Parents
Baie dankie vir ‘n wonderlike en baie vinnige kwartaal.
U sal in hierdie Splinter ‘n kort opsomming vind van sommige van die
aktiwiteite van hierdie afgelope kwartaal.
We would like to wish all our boys and parents a wonderful holiday (a
very long one) and we would like to urge you to drive very carefully -
wherever you may travel during the following five weeks. A special
thanks to all our staff members – this was a very fast term – please
enjoy your rest.
